Linguine with mushrooms
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and slice them up.
In a Saute pan, with oil and butter, celery, garlic and chopped shallots; Add the mushrooms and let stand for 5 minutes, stirring well.
Add the tomato, chopped parsley, salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile Cook the pasta and then, after having drained, pour into the pan with the mushrooms.
Sprinkle with the Parmesan, parsley and mix.

- 350 g of mixed mushrooms
- 350 g of type pasta linguine
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 costa of celery
- 30 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 300 g of tomato pulp
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
