Linguine with mussels and zucchini flowers
Instructions
Braise Zucchini blossoms making them go, over low heat, covered, with garlic and oil.
Boil the mussels and, once opened, remove the clam from the shell with filtered water.
Sauté the garlic with oil and the chili (if you like) and insaporirvi mussels, combine Zucchini blossoms, and condirvi, saltandole in a pan (using, if necessary, even a bit of water mussels) previously cooked linguine.

- 350 g of type pasta linguine
- 500 g of zucchini flowers
- 1000 g of mussels in their shells
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Hot pepper (optional)
