Beef stew flavored with rosemary
Instructions
In a pan heat two tablespoons of olive oil and meat slices saucepan, heat for a few minutes.
Chop together garlic and Rosemary, dilute the mixture with half a glass of white wine vinegar and pour it over the meat.
Cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
Adjust the salt.
Passed on a serving platter and serve hot with a side of potatoes or boiled beets.
Accompanying wines: Kaltern "classic" Lambrusco Reggiano DOC, DOC, Guardiola Rosso DOC.

- 4 slices of advanced beef stew
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup of white wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
