Instructions
Wash and dry the lettuce.
Cut it into strips and place in a salad bowl.
Apart from emulsifying cream mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over lettuce and stir well before serving.

- 2 heads of romaine lettuce salad
- 6 tablespoons of cream
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Pepper
- Salt
