Lettuce to grapefruit
Instructions
Clean, wash, dry quite a head of lettuce and divide the leaves into pieces not too big.
Bleed the cloves peeled a nice fleshy grapefruit (i.
e.
remove the white peel) and slice into two; 100 g of pitted black olives and cut into cubes 200 g Lindenberger.
In a bowl, dilute a tablespoon of mustard 5 tablespoons oil and a spoonful of vinegar; pepper and whip slightly.
Place the salad, grapefruit, cheese and olives in a salad bowl and dress with the sauce until you bring to the table.
You can replace the olives with Walnut kernels.

- 1 grapefruit
- 100 g of black olives
- 200 g of cheese lindenberger
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- Pepper
