Instructions
Prepare the filling: fry chopped Bacon in half butter, 1 garlic clove and 1/4 onion, as soon as they become browned, remove and let cool.
In a bowl beat two eggs with salt and pepper, one grated nutmeg, then add the breadcrumbs, parmesan, the rest of the bacon and knife chopped mortadella, garlic and parsley, then add the last FRY and mix well.
Clean and wash the leaves of cabbage, boil them for a few minutes; fill each leaf with a spoonful of stuffing close and bind them with a thread.
FRY three-quarters of chopped onion in a little oil and a knob of butter; When the onion has browned add the tomatoes well drained and the nut, season with salt and cook for five minutes.
After this time, place the rolls in the sauce and continue cooking for another thirty minutes on pan covered and moderate flame.
This dish must be served piping hot.
