Instructions
In a pan greased with oil, sauté with garlic and chili and, after a few minutes add the tomatoes.
Simmer over medium heat for about a quarter of an hour.
Meanwhile, wash and peel the cabbage, and immerse it for a few minutes in boiling water.
In a bowl place the minced meat, parmesan, parsley and a pinch of salt.
Stir the mixture, then fill with this cabbage leaves.
Spread the rolls on a baking sheet, cover them with the tomato sauce and bake at 170 degrees.

- 1 cabbage
- 300 g of peeled tomatoes
- 150 g of stuffings
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- Hot pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
