Olive rolls
Instructions
Stir together the bread soaked in milk, chopped garlic, mushrooms, parsley, salt and pepper.
Divide into 4 parts and place it over the 4 scallops, roll them up, and circondatele lardons staring it with string.
In a pan put oil, butter and meat by letting it cook for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, pitted olives and put them to soak for 2 minutes in boiling water.
At 15 minutes from the end of cooking the meat add the olives around.
Chop the spinach you previously boiled for 15 minutes in salted water, and serve rolls around.

- 4 veal scaloppine
- 4 lardelli
- 50 g of butter
- 100 g of green olives
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 125 g of mushrooms
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
