Winter large salad
Instructions
Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry it in a pan for 3 minutes without adding seasoning.
Carrots grated, potatoes are boiled, cut into dice.
Clean the lettuce and cut into rather ends.
Mix everything in a bowl along with the chopped walnuts and Bacon browned.
For seasoning, 2 tablespoons of vinegar to emulsify, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Stir again and served after adding the Parmesan flakes.

- 1 carrot
- 1 head of witlof (endive)
- 1 head of trevisana salad
- 1 boiled potato
- 1 head of lettuce salad
- 50 g of bacon
- 2 tablespoons of walnut kernels
- 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese shavings
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
