Caper Salad (Insalatina Ai Capperi)
Instructions
Peel, wash and cut into salads well into thin strips.
Cut julienne carrot and fennel washed into very thin slices.
Gather it all in a bowl.
In a bowl, emulsify the oil with vinegar and salt.
Add the capers desalted and chopped Basil.
Dress the salad, mix and serve.

- 1 faggot
- 1 head of curly lettuce salad
