Instructions
Reduce, diced celery, then tuffatelo for a few minutes in boiling salted water, drain, pass under the Jet of cold water and drain again.
Peel the apples, cut them into cubes like celery and put both ingredients into a bowl with the lemon juice and a little salt.
Let it sit for about an hour, then add the mayonnaise, chopped three-quarters of almonds, salt and pepper.
Carefully turns and arrange the salad in a serving dish.
