Waldorf astoria salad
Instructions
Blanch diced celery for 2 minutes in salted water, then leave it to drain and pass it under cold water; then put it to rest in the fridge for an hour with apples, diced too, lemon and a pinch of salt.
At last, add mayonnaise and almonds fillet.
Mix 3/4 almonds salad and use the other to put on.

- 250 g of apples renette
- 250 g of white celery
- 70 == G peeled almonds
- 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
