Warm salad of cauliflower
Instructions
To firm up the eggs and extract the yolk.
Wash cauliflower, divide it into florets and steam lessarlo al dente; keep it warm in a bowl after sprinkled with salt and peppercorns 4.
Prepare an emulsion with oil, vinegar, egg yolk and a little water.
Condirvi cauliflower.

- 1 medium small cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon of aromatic red wine vinegar
- Sea salt
- 4 grains pepper
