Instructions
Blanch sprouts for 5 minutes.
Wash the lattughino and put it in a salad bowl with sprouts.
Add raw Zucchini cut into julienne strips and avocado flesh cut into small cubes.
UN-shell nuts, coarsely chop the walnuts and add them to the salad.
Slice the mushrooms and put them to rest.
Whisk the lemon juice with 1/2 cup of oil, salt and pepper and pour the sauce over the salad.
Mix thoroughly and serve.

- 300 g of fresh bean sprouts
- 200 g of lattughino salad
- 2 zucchini
- 1 avocado
- 10 nuts
- 150 g of mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 lemon
