Instructions
Clean fruits and vegetables.
Cut apples, carrots and fennel julienne, arrange on lettuce leaves, dressed with oil, salt and lemon, add the kernels of nuts and serve.

- 4 carrots
- 2 apples
- 2 fennel
- 1 head of lettuce salad
- 10 nuts
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- Olive oil
- Salt
