Whimsical turkey salad
Instructions
Beat the Turkey slices, put them on the hot grill and cook on both sides.
Add salt, pepatele and cut into strips.
Clean the mushrooms, wash them, slice them up, spray them with the juice of half a lemon.
In a small bowl dissolve the salt with the remaining juice, emulsionatelo with the oil until obtaining a homogeneous sauce.
Clean the lettuce, wash, drain well.
In a large bowl, place salad, mushrooms, Turkey, cucumbers, sliced, seasoned with sauce and serve.
