Instructions
Make grilling Turkey thighs, sprinkled with pepper, on hot grill 1 20 minutes per side.
Then cut the meat into small pieces and place it in Bowl 1.
Clean and wash the vegetables, cut into slices not too thin and Grill for 5 minutes, rigirandole.
Wipe the lemon and slice it thin.
Stir in the Turkey, grilled vegetables and cut into pieces, mint, chopped Basil and lemon slices.
Season with oil, salt and mix well.

- 4 boneless turkey thighs
- 800 g of zucchini
- 800 g of eggplant
- 1 lemon
- Mint
- Basil
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
