Lettuce salad with yoghurt
Instructions
Browse the Romaine lettuce, wash, dry and cut the leaves into strips about 2 fingers.
Reduce the shredded grain; and wash the anchovies have been boned and cut into small pieces.
Slice the bread, rub it out with the garlic, cut into cubes and roasted them in the oven grill.
Diluted the yoghurt in a bowl with the vinegar, mustard and a pinch of salt, mix in a bowl the salad, anchovies and Parmesan cheese, seasoned with the prepared sauce.
Only at the end add the croutons.

- 4 anchovies
- 40 g of grana
- 120 g of bread
- 50 g of greek yoghurt
- 10 g of white wine vinegar
- 10 g of mild mustard
