Watercress salad and oranges
Instructions
In a small bowl emulsify oil, vinegar, lemon and orange juice, salt and 1 teaspoon of curry's PIN.
Trim and wash the watercress and dry; wash and dry the celery; bleeds orange peel and cut them into thin slices.
In a serving dish and place on the bottom of the orange slices, cover with thinly sliced celery and chopped watercress.
Drizzle with the emulsion prepared and serve.

- 500 g of watercress
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 2 yellow oranges of sicily
- 1/2 oranges (juice)
- 4 ribs of celery
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Curry
