Instructions
Drain the beans and rinse.
Peel the onion, the celery and the chicory.
Wash the vegetables, then cut the onion into rings, sliced celery, chicory into strips.
Collect all in 1 Bowl, combine drained and chopped tuna and beans.
Mix the herbs with the anchovies then merge them to mayonnaise.
Pour the sauce over the salad, drizzle with a little oil, mix well and serve.

- 400 g of canned beans
- 1 fresh spring onion
- 170 g of tuna in olive oil
- Celery
- 2 bunches of chicory salad
- Basil
- Mint
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- Olive oil
- 4 anchovy fillets
- Salt
- Pepper
