Orange salad (2)
Instructions
Cut in strips and salad radishes into thin slices.
Mix well and season with salt, pepper, Apple Cider vinegar and walnut oil.
Lean over the sliced oranges and leave in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.

- 1 escarole salad
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 2 oranges
- 1/2 cup of walnut oil
- Salt
- Pepper
