Instructions
Let macerate in a vase for six weeks the sloe bushes make in half a litre of brandy, stirring occasionally.
Spent the time, dissolve the honey in the rest of the grappa by heat in a Bain-Marie in a saucepan.
Add it to macerate, expose for ten days in the Sun, filtered and bottled.
