Ricotta gnocchi with nutella sauce
Instructions
You drain the ricotta in a colander and knead it with the butter, eggs, flour, breadcrumbs, a tablespoon of icing sugar and a pinch of salt.
Knead the mixture until all lumps disappear and let it sit for 35 minutes.
Formed large gnocchi as a nut and cook in lightly salted water that has reached a full boil for about 10 minutes.
In a saucepan heat the Chocolate with the cream until smooth on average.
cremina Pour the cremina obtained on a serving dish, lay over the gnocchi and garnish with slivers of almonds and icing sugar.

- 250 g of ricotta
- 20 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 25 g of flour
- 35 g of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon of almond slivers
- Salt
- 6 tablespoons of nutella
- 3 tablespoons of fresh cream
