Gnocchi with Fontina Cheese (3)
Instructions
Turn on the oven to maximum.
Bring to a boil salted water and throw the dumplings.
When you withdraw them afloat with a skimmer and place them in a buttered ovenproof dish well.
Sprinkle them with Parmesan, sprinkle with cream and cover them with thinly sliced fontina cheese.
Go in the oven until the fontina cheese is melted and serve the gnocchi hot.

- 400 g of type potato gnocchi pasta
- 120 g of fontina cheese
- 5 tablespoons of cream
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Butter
