Instructions
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan, melt the butter.
Once drained and placed on plates, drizzle with melted butter gnocchi and a handful of sugar-cinnamon mixture.

- 1000 g of potatoes
- 250 g of flour
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon of grappa
- 1 handful of raisins softened before
- Sauce:
- 200 g of butter
- 50 g of granulated sugar
- 30 g of cinnamon
