Gnocchi alla sorrentina (2)
Instructions
Dice the mozzarella and tomatoes fillets.
To undo the tomatoes in a little oil then add the mozzarella cheese and let it melt over low.
Toss the gnocchi in boiling salted water and remove them with a skimmer when afloat.
Transfer to the pan with the sauce and mix quickly.
Season with fresh chopped Basil and Parmesan.

- 300 g of type potato gnocchi pasta
- 4 peeled tomatoes
- 2 mozzarella
- Basil
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Little of olive oil
- Salt
