Gnocchi with tuna
Instructions
Boil the gnocchi in salted water.
Meanwhile, saute the butter, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the garlic cloves (remove them as they become browned) and a sprig of parsley.
Merge then crumbled tuna and capers; Cook for 10 minutes, and dress the gnocchi with the prepared sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of type potato gnocchi pasta
- 50 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of chopped parsley
- 100 g of tuna
- 1 tablespoon of capers
