Instructions
In a saucepan prepare a mixture with the onion and 1 drop of oil extra virgin olive.
Combine the tomatoes and let simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile boil the potato gnocchi, drain and toss with the tomato sauce.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese.
