Gnocchi with swordfish
Instructions
Heat the crushed garlic and 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
Combine the tomato sauce and cook for a few minutes over medium heat.
Peel and cut swordfish into small cubes.
Add it to the sauce and cook for about 10 minutes with a little chopped parsley.
Toss the gnocchi in boiling salted water and drain them with a slotted spoon as they emerge.
Put them in a bowl and toss with the fish sauce.

- 400 g of type potato gnocchi pasta
- 350 g of swordfish
- 250 g of tomato sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
