Gnocchi with mushrooms
Instructions
Put in a saucepan with the butter and sliced onions soaked mushrooms, washed and chopped.
Add salt, pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.
Cook the gnocchi in salted water, place them in a baking dish, toss with the sauce with mushrooms, cover them with slices of cheese, bake for about 15 minutes and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 pack of type potato gnocchi pasta
- 30 g of dried mushrooms
- 70 g of butter
- 2 onions
- 4 slices of cheese fudge
- Salt
- Pepper
