Gnocchi with chicken livers
Instructions
Clean the livers, wash them, cut them into small pieces and fry them in a pan with the sliced onion, olive oil, butter, bay leaf, salt and pepper.
Pour the marsala, and cook for 5 minutes and mix everything.
Cook the gnocchi in salted water, toss with the chicken liver cream, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.

- 750 g of type potato gnocchi pasta
- 150 g of chicken livers
- 1 onion
- 1 dram of marsala wine
- 1 leaf of laurel
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
