Gnocchi with spicy broccoli
Instructions
Peel broccoli, wash and boil them in lightly salted water until tender.
Drain them and beat them.
You can also crush them with a fork.
Peel the garlic, tritatelo and Brown in a pan with 2 tablespoons oil.
Add the broccoli, salt and season with pepper to taste.
Cook the gnocchi in salted water.
Drain them as they are afloat and transfer it to the pan with broccoli.
Stir to season well.
Serve the cheese dishes.

- 500 g of type potato gnocchi pasta
- 1 bunch of broccoli
