Gnocchetti sardi with mountain cheeses
Instructions
Put on a pot with 3 l of water, add salt and when bubbles add the pasta, stir and cook for at least 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare all diced cheeses.
When the dumplings are cooked, drain them and put them back into the cooking pot, combine the various cheeses, butter and Parmesan.

- 500 g of sardinian gnocchetti type pasta
- 50 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 50 g of toma cheese
- 50 g of fresh ricotta
- 50 g of fontina cheese
- 6 tablespoons of parmigiano
- 50 g of natural mountain butter
