Instructions
Tie the meat with roast pepper, wire, grease it with oil and sprinkle with powdered mustard and butter flakes.
Butter a baking dish, place the meat and put it in the oven already warm to 200 degrees for 50 minutes.
Turn the roast often avoiding puncture.
Season with salt just before removing from the oven.
Let the roast cool slightly before cutting it into slices.
