Gnocchetti with goats (2)
Instructions
Wash the spinach and boil in salted water.
Drain, squeeze, chop them and let them dry in 1 pan with 1 knob of butter and 1 clove of garlic, peeled.
Put them in a bowl, combine 1 goats, 2 handfuls of grated Parmesan cheese, egg, 2 tablespoons of flour and mix everything.
Rest the mixture for 1 hour, then form balls, roll in flour and cook them in salted water.
Drain them, put them in 1 serving dish and toss with melted butter and abundant grain.

- 800 g of spinach
- 300 g of fresh goat cheese
- 2 handfuls of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Butter
- 1 egg
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
