Instructions
Mount the softened butter with the caster sugar, combining the flour little by little so as not to make lumps.
Put the dough in the classic sac-a-few and put the mixture in the baking paper baking cups by distributing it as to make spirals to ascend and leaving a hole in the Center.
Press the center of the paper Cup with a pinky to flood the hole, pass the cups in the refrigerator for about 1 hour then put them in the oven already warm to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Remove cookies from baking after being taken from the oven, allow to cool and fill them in concave portion with raspberry jam, scattering them with icing sugar.

- 100 g of granulated sugar
