Herbed pork roast
Instructions
Mince the Sage leaves and Rosemary and 3 hours before cooking rub the roast with minced and crushed garlic cloves, then salt, pepper, oil and anoint him letting me add these ingredients sprinkled on the surface.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees; take a pan and pour 1 cup of oil, then place the roast; Bake 10 minutes and then turn it back around.
When it has browned on all sides, lower the heat to 170 degrees and cook for 90 minutes.
