Sweet and sour pickles
Instructions
Put on the fire oil, vinegar, salt and sugar; When it reaches a boil, add the beans and carrots with diced celery, for 10 minutes.
After this time put the onions and cook for another 15 minutes, and finally add the chopped peppers, cooking for the last 8 minutes.
Allow to cool, put in cans the vegetables trying not to leave too much space between them, and completely cover with cooking liquid.
Close tightly and store in the pantry.

- 500 g of green beans
- 500 g of peppers
- 1000 g of scallions
- 300 g of carrots
- 300 g of celery
- 50 cl of seed oil
- 50 cl of white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of climbs
