Mixed steamed vegetables
Instructions
Clean and wash the carrots and turnips and cut them into cubes.
Browse and slice the Leek white.
Clean and wash the beans.
Put the beans in the trash a steaming device, after five minutes add carrots, turnips, leeks and green beans, cauliflower buds last.
Wash, dry and chop Basil.
In a bowl, dissolve the salt with vinegar, add the oil and chopped herbs and emulsify well.
When vegetables are cooked, let them cool and then perfumed with basil sauce.

- 150 g of fave
- 300 g of carrots
- 300 g of rape
- 250 g of green beans
- 4 leeks
- 200 g of cauliflower tops
- 1 sprig of basil
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
