Bean sprouts with chinese noodles
Instructions
Bring to the boil a pan of salted water.
Peel the shallots, cut into thin slices; wash the cabbage and cut it into slices of 2 cm thick; mince the ham; wash the bean sprouts, remove the green parts.
Throw the Chinese noodles in boiling water and let them cook for 3 minutes, until just tender.
Drain them and keep them aside.
Heat oil in a wok or a large frying pan, put the scallions and ginger and cook for 2 minutes, stirring focus constantly.
Add the cabbage and the ham and continue cooking for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add the noodles, bean sprouts, soy sauce and sherry.
Taste, add salt and pepper if necessary.
Slightly increased the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, until vegetables are just tender and liquid is almost over in the pan.
Pour into a warm serving dish and serve immediately.

- 150 g of bean sprouts
- 150 g of type chinese noodles pasta
- 500 g of chinese cabbage
- 6 shallots
- 2 slices of ham
- 4 tablespoons of sherry
- 2 tablespoons of peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger root
- 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
