Twins with artichokes
Instructions
Thaw the artichokes, Cook over low heat with a tablespoon of butter and four of water; season with salt and pepper.
Saute the pancetta.
Boil the pasta, artichokes, season it with the rest of the butter, the browned Bacon, parmesan and dust sides with plenty of parsley.

- 100 g of bacon
