Strawberry yoghurt ice cream
Instructions
Blend everything, put it in the ice cream maker and enjoy with friends.
Just a tip, this ice cream tastes very well balanced between yoghurt and strawberries, don't overdo it with strawberries or you will lose the Foundation of yoghurt.
Should be quite creamy.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 15 cl of milk
- 18 cl of whole yoghurt
- 120 g of sugar
- 100 g of washed strawberries
- 2 egg whites
