Plum ice cream
Instructions
Wash the plums, remove stones, cut them into pieces without peeling them.
get everyone together in a large bowl with 2 tablespoons sugar and the grated orange peel; Let it sit all of ten minutes.
Meanwhile, bring to the boil the water with the remaining sugar and cinnamon stick; Let boil 5 minutes; remove the cinnamon stick; Let cool and add syrup to plums.
Blend everything for a long time.
Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and follow the instructions.
