Almond ice cream
Instructions
Place the almond cream in the saucepan and pour stemperatela, little by little and low flame, Apple juice; Add a pinch of salt, malt grain soluble coffee and agar agar flakes.
Let simmer a few minutes and put a chill in ice shot glasses or paper cups.
Agar agar thickens at room temperature and it wouldn't need the refrigerator: you can choose the degree of cold you want depending on whether you prefer to eat a semifreddo, ice cream or dessert.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of apple juice unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons of corn malt
- 8 tablespoons of agar agar flakes
- 3 tablespoons of grain soluble coffee (yannoh)
- 3 tablespoons of almond cream
- 1 pinch of sea salt
