Ice cream with Yoghurt (2)
Instructions
Wash the lemons and grated peel of three; in the fourth cut the skin and then cut into thin fillets, keep them soaked in cold water.
Squeeze the lemons and add to juice grated rind.
Collect the yoghurt in a bowl, add sugar and beat with a whisk the mixture well.
Incorporated a little at a time, the lemon juice and pour into ice cream maker.
Operate the unit until the ice cream reaches the right consistency.
Pour into a large bowl decorated with streaks and drained.
Serve.
