Peach ice cream
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until it becomes light and fluffy.
Add the flour and diluted with milk.
Perfumed with lemon zest and weak flame heat the cream, stirring, until it begins to thicken.
Remove it from the heat just before it starts boiling, remove the lemon peel and let cool.
Meanwhile Peel the peaches, cherries and blend.
Add the peaches to the egg custard cold now and prepare the ice cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of peach pulp
- 1 egg
- 30 g of white flour
- 150 g of sugar
- 150 g of milk
- Bit 1 of lemon zest
