Instructions

You heat the milk with the vanilla pod and turn off before it can boil.

Mix the egg yolks with sugar and slowly pour in the milk (without the vanilla), beating vigorously, then add the whipped cream.

Pour it into a container and put in freezer.

After three hours or so take it and frullatelo to obtain a smooth cream, add the raisins that you did soak in rum and stir.
