Instructions

Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add the cream gradually, stirring continuously.

Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker already cold and operate the machine until you reach the desired consistency (many ice cream makers have a clutch that stops the stirrer at the right time).

Put in freezer for 1 or 2 hours.
