Orange ice cream
Instructions
Wash the oranges and lemon, dry and wipe on the skins half of sugar lumps because they take the aroma.
Cut the oranges in half, spremetele, strain the juice, travasatelo in a pan, add the sugar and the lemon juice; melt over gentle stirring.
Withdrawn, allow to cool, add the whipped cream, Mandarin syrup and orange liqueur.
Mix and put in the ice cream maker.

- 40 g of whipped
- 250 g of sugar in lumps
- 6 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 dram of mandarin syrup
- 1 small glass of orange liqueur
