Instructions

Put the sugar in a saucepan, sprinkle with a tablespoon of cold water and melt over low heat.

Raise a little flame, skim the syrup and when it became Golden red color fill the container half a glass of warm water and take the pot from the fire.

After about 20 minutes the sugar should be completely dissolved and have the consistency of a thick syrup.
